Release from Liability

By purchasing a Beachfront Baby® Carrier, you agree to release Beachfront Baby, LLC & it’s members, employees and/or distributors and retailers from any & all liability for any injury which might result from the use of our carriers.

100% polyester does NOT include sun protection factor. Please use care & common sense when taking your baby out in the sun or water.

Beachfront Baby® Carriers are not an appropriate restraint for riding in any vehicle, including a boat. Please use proper equipment including a car seat in a car & a personal floatation device made for babies & small children in a boat.

Don’t do anything with your baby in the carrier that you wouldn’t do with him/her in your arms. This includes, but is not limited to: diving off the diving board, scuba diving, riding a jet ski, going down a water slide, water skiing, flipping into the water or any other dangerous water activities you can think of.

The wearer is responsible for using Beachfront Baby® Carriers safely & correctly.


Refunds and Exchanges

We offer a 2 year guarantee on workmanship. If your carrier is in need of repair due to manufacturer defect in the first 2 years, please contact us at to receive a Repair Authorization Number and we will give you the address to mail your carrier to for repair. We recommend sending it via a service that provides tracking as we are not responsible for packages that go missing. You must have a copy of your original sales receipt to verify that you are the original owner or be able to provide your order number. Please contact the retailer you purchased from if you no longer have your receipt and have them look up your order number.
If you wish to return a carrier for any reason other than a defect, it must be returned within 30 days of receipt & have all packaging included in the return. Returned carriers & their packaging must be in like new condition & only the charge for the carrier will be returned, not the shipping charges. If the returned carrier has many visible signs of use, staining or smells of smoke, sun block, etc there will be a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us at for a Return Number and our shipping address. If you want to exchange your carrier, you are responsible for shipping the return to us and for the cost of shipping the new carrier to you. Sorry, refunds cannot be given on gently used or second quality carriers.

International Shipping

Beachfront Baby does our best to offer low shipping rates on our products. With the low shipping rates, there comes a risk that your package might become lost or misdirected. International packages are at the highest risk for becoming lost or misdirected. In order to ensure Beachfront Baby can file a claim for a lost package via the USPS, international packages must ship via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International Express. If you choose First Class or Standard shipping for your international package, you are waiving your right to file a claim for a lost package with the understanding that Beachfront Baby will not offer a refund on your order. We cannot be held responsible for mail once it leaves our possession.

Taxes & Customs

Orders shipping to addresses in Texas will be charged a sales tax rate of 6.25% as our headquarters are located in Texas as well.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees required by their country for importing baby carriers. Beachfront Baby LLC has no control over these fees and does not collect them nor pay them for you. If you have questions regarding fees for your location, please contact your local postal service office or customs office.
