If you are paying for Priority Express Mail please check details on the USPS website. Some Express packages are 1 day delivery & some are 2 day. Please note also that orders ship within 1-3 days of receipt of payment. When paying for Express, your package will ship the next business day. For instance, if you order on a Friday at 7pm and choose USPS Priority Express, your package will ship on Monday and most likely arrive Tuesday (but some areas will not receive Express packages until 1 day later). Please take this into account and order ASAP. We are also happy to ship to your destination if you are traveling and need a carrier for your trip. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

All orders ship via the US Postal service using First Class Mail or Priority Mail within 1-3 days of receipt of payment (except weekends & holidays). US orders shipping time is approximately 2-6 days. International shipping can take between 2 weeks & 2 months & we are not responsible for lost packages. If no shipping charge is shown for your country, we will contact you with shipping charges after your order is received. Customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

During Pay Pal check-out, you will be required to enter your phone number. This will ensure our international customers’ customs forms can be completed, and will be used ONLY in the event that we need to contact you about your order.

Gmail users: be aware that our automated website emails regarding your order & tracking are often routed to spam. If you do not receive your order confirmation within 1 hour, please check your spam folder for the email.

Repairs, Refunds and Exchanges

Manufacturer Defects
We offer a 2 year guarantee on workmanship. If your carrier is in need of repair due to manufacturer defect in the first 2 years, please contact us to receive a Repair Authorization Number and we will give you the address to mail your carrier to for repair. We recommend sending it via a service that provides tracking as we are not responsible for packages that go missing. You must have a copy of your original sales receipt to verify that you are the original owner or be able to provide your order number.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you wish to return a carrier for any reason other than a defect, it must be returned within 30 days of receipt & have all packaging included in the return.
  • Returned carriers & packaging must be in like new condition & only the charge for the carrier will be returned, not the shipping charges.
  • If the returned carrier has many visible signs of use, staining or smells of smoke, perfume or sun block, or has excessive hairs on it there will be a 15% restocking fee.
  • Package insert, instruction booklet & registration card must be returned in usable condition or a $2 fee will be assessed from your return.
  • If you want to exchange your carrier, you are responsible for shipping the return to us and for the cost of shipping the new carrier to you.
  • Clearance & second quality carriers are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges.
